Our senior partners launched The Geode Group in 2002 following nearly three decades of corporate sales and executive leadership success maximizing revenue growth, customer retention and profitability. The company’s depth and value continues to expand as equally successful coaches continue to join our team. We are proud to offer coaches and facilitators with backgrounds rooted in sales, marketing, and project management in distribution, consumer products, legal and financial services, telecom, manufacturing and government.     

 

 

Senior Partners:

The Geode Group founders average 25 years of senior level leadership experience.  They have worked in a variety of highly complex industries (high tech, manufacturing, distribution and professional services), for both Fortune 500 and private companies, as well as in start-up and turn-around situations.


They perfected their skills in sales, project management, process development and implementation in various executive roles for companies including Ernst & Young, NCR, Bethlehem Steel and PepsiCo.    They designed The Geode Group’s processes specifically to help teams of subject matter experts to become more comfortable and successful proactively selling and servicing their customers.  The Geode Group has refined a process of coaching customer resource teams to more effectively uncover and satisfy customer needs while improving their company’s revenue and profitability.

 

Partners and Associates:

The Geode Group coaches and associates bring an average of nearly 20 years of experiences in a wide variety of industries, bringing fresh and different perspectives to the challenges of today business world. 

 

Our coaches have worked in professional services, legal, consumer products, manufacturing, accounting and finance industries and have vast experience in business development, sales management, marketing, and product/project management.  They have worked for major corporations, including Eastman Kodak, NCR, Avery Dennison, Fifth Third Bancorp, Hallmark Cards, Quaker Foods, Kimberly-Clark, Trends International and Schering Plough.
